About

At the beginning of a medical career, driven by curiosity and care.

I recently qualified as a physician. Ready to take the next step in my journey: pursuing postgraduate medical training in Germany.

I studied medicine at the University of Coimbra, one of the world's oldest medical schools, where I developed a strong clinical and scientific foundation through diverse hospital rotations. Throughout my studies, I was looking for opportunities beyond the curriculum, completing internships both in Portugal and abroad, including an Erasmus+ internship in General Surgery and Radiology at a German teaching hospital. This worldwide exposure challenged me, broadened my horizon and taught me to adapt to different healthcare systems. I feel at home in international environments, speak six languages, and enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds. I believe that curiosity, empathy, and lifelong learning are at the heart of a good doctor.
